1. No Return or Exchange of any Food Item (Instant Coffee, Pods, etc.)
2. In case of coffee machines, if you have received a damaged product, kindly inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product & we will sort it out as per the situation
3. Please order Pods after fully understanding their compatibility with the specific type of machine that is usable with
4. Returns can be processed in case of a faulty item, when no replacements are available
5. If you wish to return a product, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving it. The product should be unused and unopened. In this case, the sender will bear the delivery charges. Once we receive it back, we'll issue a website voucher for you.
